Clara, you’d be so proud of her, she stood up today all by herself from sitting on her little potty.

(She’s a late walker and hasn’t done this yet.)

Am I going to wear girls clothes in heaven too?

Happy Valentines!

Categories: Life is Good! | February 15th, 2007 | by admin | no comments

Hope you had as much fun as these guys!

Danny just loves special occasions. Yesterday he got a valentines card from his Grandma and he was so excited he kept asking, “But what am I going to do for Valentines?” So we got him a bunch of heart chocolates so he could give them to all his friends. He was so happy. You can see he started first thing in the morning as soon as he woke up. He ended the day with a valentines painting project which some of you may find in your mail boxes this week.

According to Backpacker…

Categories: Life is Good! | February 6th, 2007 | by admin | no comments

the way to prepare your little tikes for a lifetime of happy camping is to

1. put up a tent in the middle of your room

2. have a giant slumber party in the tent complete with popcorn, movies, and pillow fights

3. repeat for the following 3 nights

And you know Backpacker is never wrong! So we followed this advice very closely and had a lot of fun but boy am I happy to have our floor space back. The next step is the backyard and if all goes well then we’ll be good to go.IMG_4485.JPG.

Danny is planning a “camp over” for his 3 yr old birthday so get your gear ready!
And remember “Mommy, all rescue heros always sleep with a flash light by their bed.”
