“Hey, when can I get my own turtle? Kyle has his own turtle and I really want one too.”
“Well, Danny, maybe next year when you are 4 you will be old enough to take care of your own pet, it’s a lot of work and you have to show Mommy that you are responsible….”
“Mom, what are you gonna get me when I’m 101? Cuz that’s very very big so you’re gonna have to think of a very very big present for that birthday.”
Had our anual Sea World day in May. It was neat seeing how much Danny had changed since going for the first time last year. He asked so many more questions, would sit through the shows and understand them etc. We saw 4 shows; Shamu, Dolphin, Amazing Pets and the Sea Lion Show. The kids favorite part of Sea World is the huge play ground area, that’s where these photos were taken. They played there for hours as you can see by their scruffy hair. 
Oh well, dirty enough to be happy and clean enough to be healthy.
